These are the revised rules set forth by DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH from the DIRECTOR’S OFFICE regarding MICHIGAN MEDICAL MARIHUANA. These rules become effective on April 4, 2009. Please read through these rules and voice any concerns you may have to the DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH. Remember these rules may or may not have implications to the actual law as the DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH is not charged with adding to or revising actual law and from what we know are only to administrate the identification of patients.
